VILLA DIMITRIS
Villa is located in the Kolymbia region, about 20 km far away from Rhodes Town. It is situated at about 500 metres from Tsambika and Kolymbia beaches and there are taverns, bars, and super markets within the premises.
The villa is surrounded by a 4.500 square m garden, protected by a 2 m high fence.
It is composed of two floors, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchens, a large sitting room, and a very big veranda. All the villa is completely air conditioned, there is a TV set with satellite connection in every room, a washing machine, a dish washer and an oven.

Outside, near the swimming pool, you will find a shower and a BBQ. A gardener will come on daily basis to take care of the garden and to clean the swimming pool.
