notice is e-mailed, mailed or faxed to you two or more
weeks prior to my arrival date, a 15% service
charge of will be applied to my credit card. If
however, I notify you of my intent to cancel less
than two weeks but more than 48 hours prior to my
arrival date, I will be charged a cancellation fee
equal to the cost of the first three days or 35% of
the total cost of my reservation (whichever is the
greater) If I fail to show up at all, then I
will be charged the full cost for my
reservation.
