OLYMPIA Apartments & Studios Brand new property located 500 metres from the sandy beach of Faliraki and 1 km to the resort centre. Open plan studios and one bedroom apartments with telephone, kitchenette with cooking rings, fridge, bathroom with bath, shower and WC and a furnished balcony or terrace. Pool, snack-bar, children's pool, furnished sun area and garden. Pool table. Reception, lounge with TV and electronic games

 

SABRINA Apartments & Studios This property is situated near Faliraki centre in a quiet area with surrounding gardens. There is 1 studio for 2-3 persons with separate bedroom, kitchen with all the cooking facilities and WC/shower and 4 apartments for 2-4 persons with a separate bedroom, an open plan kitchen and living room area and a bathroom. There are also apartments available for 4-6 persons with 2 separate bedrooms

and all have similar facilities of the other apartments. All apartments and studios are  ground level and all have a veranda. The beach is only a few minutes walk from here (around 350 metres) and there are shops, bars & restaurants within 150 metres.

 

LAMBRO ASTERI Studios A newly built small complex 800 m from Faliraki centre and 500 metres from the nearest beach. It consists of 3 studios for 2 pax, 4 studios for 3 pax, 6 apartments for families (2 adults and 1 – 2 children) and 5 apartments for 4-5 pax. All the units are equipped with A/C (extra charge), telephone and balcony, kitchen area and WC/shower. There are taverns and super markets 50 metres away.

 

LIMANAKI Studios & Apartments A petite complex consisting of 2 apartments and 3 studios, located on Kathara beach, about 400 metres from Faliraki centre. The newly built apartments, have separate bedroom, spacious living room with extra beds and fully equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, etc.) along with WC/shower. There are A/C units in every room, telephone, colour Satellite TV, all are included in the price.

 

MONASTIRI House A small complex of 2 apartments on Kathara beach, near the small Faliraki harbour, and about 400 metres from the centre. The units have separate bedroom, living room with extra beds and kitchen area and WC/shower.

 

LIRISTIS Studios & Apartments Set in two blocks of accommodation, the Lyristis Studios and Apartments are based only a few hundred metres from lively Faliraki. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are 300m away. An attractive garden surrounds the pool and with a supermarket and pool bar on site there is little need to wander far. In high season this property is popular with younger groups and has a lively atmosphere, while out of season it has a quieter feel.
